All the team of the Massue Funeral Directors accompany you kindly at each stage and guide you to the complete organization of the funeral, according to the respect of the last wishes of the deceased or, if these have not been specified, according to your preferences and according to your possibilities.
We will be your sole contact to facilitate exchanges and centralize all your requests.
The stages of the funeral organization
1. Record of death / call the doctor
Once the death certificate has been issued by the doctor, we can intervene.
2. Contact
We will agree to an appointment to prepare a estimate according to the wishes of the deceased, to prepare together the declaration of death and to organize the funeral.
3. Transportation of the deceased
Lifting the body to a place of rest.
4. Preparations
Presentation care, choice of coffin, urn (for cremation) and funeral items.
5. Beer
Possible presentation in the living room and closure of the coffin.
6. Ceremony
Organization of the civil or religious ceremony.
7. Burial or cremation
Realization of burial (bone or vault) or cremation.
8. Works and concession
Management of cemetery works and concession if necessary.
Documents required:
Identity card of the deceased and of the person who will organize the funeral, family booklet, wishes of the deceased, title of concession (for burial of coffin or urn).
Also include clothing to prepare the deceased.
